After making your booking at Pablos Retreat you will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total accommodation price. The Balance in FULL will be charged four days (4) before your arrival.
You can cancel up to four (4) days before arrival for a full refund. If you cancel within the four day period you will be charged 50% of the total accommodation fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.

No, but there's plenty of free street parking in front of the accommodation.
Absolutely! It's one of the best areas for security in Brisbane. We also have two security cameras installed on the front of the house, so you can definitely rest assured.
No, the owner lives on site. Just come to the main door and he will give you the digital key to access the accommodation. Upon departure please return the key directly to him.
Yes, we have two mountain bikes for hire; and we also have helmets to match. We charge a flat rate of $30 per bike. No time or day limits.
